nvey organic makeup

Take a look at the Ads on either the bottom of the blog or on the right side - Nvey Eco Organic Makeup shows up pretty often.
After looking at their website - http://www.econveybeauty.com/ I decided I had to have some!
I have been looking for organic makeup for awhile now, products that feel good on your skin, help improve skin and are in great colors!
I might have found it in Nvey.

They sent me the Organic Cake Eyeliner in Brown, Organic Lip Lustre in Seduce Me and the Organic Lipstick in Warm Pink (362).

The Cake Eyeliner is a product I have been looking for forever without even realizing it.  I have always been a fan of cake eyeliner, but been using a pencil with eyeshadow blended over it to get it a more even look and more dimension (without that 'penciled' eyeliner look I despise).  Brown is a tricky color to get right in a eyeliner and Nvey got it right! It's not too red or orange or even grey. It's a dark brown that is right for every skin tone.  It comes in black also and I bet it is also great.
You use it with a moist eyeliner brush and apply, the wetter the brush the more dramatic the look and more like a liquid eyeliner it resembles.
To top it off - it contains jojoba, chamomile, vitamins a, c, and e. So it's good for sensitive and dry eyes.  Add a few more colors and nothing could be better!

I love lipgloss, and it's always been one of my weaknesses.  But I hate sticky lipgloss, when my hair gets stuck on my lips - no matter how pretty the color is, I lose interest in the gloss.
Well, Nvey's Organic Lip Lustre isn't sticky or tacky at all. It gives a nice subtle sheen that looks natural and it's also very sheer.  If you are looking for a super thick gloss that shines across the room - this one isn't for you.  If you want a lip gloss that moisturizes your lips, improves their texture and gives you a natural healthy sheen - then Lip Lustre is the way to go.
Because it has Beeswax, Coconut Oil and Castor Oil your lips will feel hydrated for the entire day. The color I got, Seduce Me - was a nice Rose Shimmer that is very versatile also.

Now because I am a lipgloss lover, I rarely use lipstick.  I generally find lipsticks too drying for my alligator lips (do alligators have lips??) so I wasn't too excited to get the Organic Lipstick.
But to my suprise, it had a light feel so I felt like I was wearing gloss and it kept my lips as well hydrated as the Lip Lustre did. Crazy!   Like the lipgloss, this isn't a heavy color and isn't a lipstick if you are looking for a dramatic look. However, that could have just been the color I got.
No makeupy smell here either. With ingredients like Safflower, Beeswax, Vitamin E, Castor Oil and Jojoba it also left my lips more hydrated than they were before using it.

Take a look at their website, they have some eyeshadow collections that look gorgeous and their foundation looks like a great organic alternative.
